I have clicked on a link but nothing happens. What should I do?
There can be reasons for this issue. Check to see if you have another browser window open; the content in that window may contain the information you requested. Also, some people have pop-up blockers installed; if the link you have clicked is designed to open a new window, your browser may prevent this window from opening. Check your settings in the browser to allow for pop-ups and then try clicking on the link again.
Why do I get the message, "Could not perform this operation because default mail client not properly installed," when using the email form?
All Internet Explorer versions allow you to choose your email client. You must link your browser to your email program. To do this:
- Go to Tools in the Internet Explorer menu bar.
- Scroll down to Internet Options.
- Click on the Programs tab and select the "Set programs" button to select your email program.
