When I try to log in I get the message "You have completed the registration process and your account is currently being reviewed." Why?
Upon verification of your registration information, your account will be activated allowing you to view our Investment Professional Web site content. If you need assistance, please contact us.

What should I do if I don't remember my password?
Go to the Forgot Password page to request a temporary password to be sent to your e-mail address.

I have entered data in all required fields, but the system still will not accept my registration. Why?
There may be several reasons. Validate that your e-mail address and password values entered are the same and that you accepted the Terms of Use listed at the bottom of the registration form. If you continue to have problems, please contact our sakes desk.

  • Move the slider up or down to to adjust setting.
  • Select OK.

I receive an error when I try to view PDF files on the site. What should I do?
For optimal viewing or saving of the files, we recommend that you have the most recent version of the Adobe Acrobat viewer, currently 5.0 or higher. To obtain the most recent version visit our downloads page.

I have clicked on a link but nothing happens. What should I do?
There can be several causes to this issue. Check to see if you have another browser window open and if the content in that window contains the information you requested. Also, some people have pop-up blockers installed – if the link you have clicked is designed to open a new window, your browser may prevent this window from opening. Check your settings in the browser to allow for pop-ups and then try clicking on the link again.

Why do I get "could not perform this operation because default mail client not properly installed" when using the e-mail form?
All Internet Explorer versions allow you to choose your e-mail client. You must link your browser to your e-mail program. To do this:

  • Go to Tools in the Internet Explorer menu bar
  • Scroll down to Internet Options
  • Click on the Programs tab and select your E-mail program.
