Exchanges
In general, the same rules and procedures that apply to purchases and redemptions apply to exchanges. Exchanges may be made between like share classes of any Wells Fargo Advantage Fund offered to the general public for investment, with certain exceptions. See the prospectus for more complete information.

B Share Free Withdrawals
For Class B shares purchased after May 18, 1999 for former Norwest Advantage Funds shareholders, after July 17, 1999 for former Stagecoach Funds shareholders, and for all other shareholders, no CDSC is imposed on withdrawals that meet all of the following circumstances:

  • withdrawals are made by participating in the Systematic Withdrawal Plan; and
  • withdrawals may not exceed 10% of shareholder’s Fund assets (including “free shares”) (limit for Class B shares calculated annually based on shareholder anniversary date in the Systematic Withdrawal Plan.)
