
Learn how to log in and manage client accounts using the DST Vision Web site.
Sign-Up for a DST Vision ID and password 
- Select "Sign Up Now!"
- Select "Choose Your Security Access Level."
- Select "Choose Your Broker Dealer."
- Enter your contact information and click "Continue."
- Choose and answer the security questions and click "Continue."
- Select a management company that applies (Wells Fargo Advantage Funds or EdVest/tomorrow's scholar 529) and click "Continue."
- Enter the requested information (your dealer number, branch number, representative number, and the Social Security number of one of your clients) and click "Continue."
- If you have both mutual funds and 529s, select "Add an Additional Management Company" and provide the requested information.
- After completing your Mutual Fund Companies selections click "Continue."
- Confirm and submit your request.
It will take 24 to 48 hours to gain access. You’ll receive an e-mail with your DST Vision identification number and instructions to establish a password. You will automatically be subscribed for statements.
Add a Management Company 
- After logging into DST Vision, select the "Administrative" link (upper right-hand section of the page).
- Select "Add/update access."
- Verify your information.
- Choose a management company (Wells Fargo Advantage Funds or EdVest/tomorrow's scholar 529) and click "Continue."
- Enter the requested information (your dealer number, branch number, representative number, and the Social Security number of one of your clients) and click "Continue."
- If you have both mutual funds and 529s, select "Add an Additional Management Company" and provide the requested information.
- After completing your Mutual Fund Companies selection click "Continue."
- Confirm and submit your request.
There will be a 24 to 48 hour delay before each management company is viewable on the DST Vision Web site. Once the new management company is viewable, follow the steps outlined below to subscribe for statements.
Subscribe to Batch Statements 
- After logging into DST Vision, click on the "Statements" tab.
- If you have not subscribed for Batch Statements for any other management company, you will need to select the "Subscribe" button. If you are subscribed to Batch Statements for other management companies you will need to select "Update Subscription" at the top of the page.
- Enter your e-mail address and use the checkboxes to select the appropriate management companies, and click "Submit."
- Select the "Continue" button on the confirmation window that appears.
