Online Account Access
You can use our account access system to:
- View your current account balances.
- View recent transactions.
- Start, modify, or stop an Automatic Investment Plan (AIP). To start an AIP, your account must have existing bank information.
- Purchase shares into your EdVest account directly from your bank account (if you have the Express Purchase option established on the account).
- Exchange shares from one EdVest account into an identically-registered EdVest account (if you have the Exchange option established on the account). This is considered an investment change and can only be done up to the annual investment change limit per 529 plan regulations.
- Redeem shares by check to the address of record (if you have the Redemption option established on the account).
- View year-end tax information.
- View current or prior-year statements for your accounts.
- Receive statements and regulatory documents electronically.
To begin using account access, you will need to complete the registration form. Please make sure you have the following information:
- Your account registration the name of the custodian of the account.
- The Social Security number (SSN) of the custodian and child.
- One account number associated with the SSN listed above.
In addition to this information, you will also be asked to provide a password. Your password must be eight to 18 characters in length and contain a combination of upper- and lower-case letters, numbers, and special characters (e.g.,(,), _,$,!,#,^). Passwords are case sensitive (e.g., JOE123 is different from joe123). For your security, refrain from selecting obvious choices, and keep your password confidential.
After your information has been verified, your accounts will be immediately available for use. You can log in directly from the EdVest Web site using the "Secure Account Access" login box on the right-hand side of every page of this site.
