Wisconsin College Savings Board
The College Savings Program Board has administrative and oversight authority for the EdVest plan managed by Wells Fargo Funds Management, LLC. The Board consists of five ex-officio members including the State Treasurer, the president of the Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin system, the chairperson of the State Investment Board, the president of the Wisconsin Association of Independent Colleges and Universities, the president of the Board of the Wisconsin Technical College System, and six public members appointed by the Governor for four-year terms. The Board is administratively attached to the State Treasurer's Office. They can be reached at 1-608-264-7899 or by e-mail at edvest@ost.state.wi.us.
