John R. Campbell, CFA Years of investment experience: 19

Mr. Campbell joined Golden Capital Management in 2006. He is the lead portfolio manager for the firm's all-cap core, mid-cap core, and small/mid-cap core strategies. Prior to joining Golden Capital, Mr. Campbell served as vice president-investment management at Placemark Investments, where he served as the lead portfolio manager and was instrumental in the development, testing, and implementation of a quantitative investment process to deliver customized and tax-efficient managed account solutions to clients. He has been awarded the use of the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation by the CFA Institute and is also a member of that organization. Mr. Campbell earned a B.S. in nuclear engineering from Texas A&M University and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.

David Neal, CFA Years of investment experience: 7

Mr. Neal joined Golden Capital Management "GCM" in May 2006. He performs portfolio management and analytical functions on several investment strategies managed at GCM, and he has a variety of other responsibilities related to the firm's client service and marketing functions. David came to GCM as a graduate of Wake Forest University where he earned a B.S. in finance. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation and is a member of the CFA North Carolina Society and the CFA Institute.

Justin Carr, CFA Years of investment experience: 13

Mr. Carr joined Golden Capital Management ("GCM") in October 2011. He is the lead portfolio manager on the Enhanced Small Cap and Enhanced International Equity strategies and he is a member of our quantitative research team. Prior to joining GCM, Mr. Carr was an analyst with the Global Strategic Products team at Wells Capital Management. He joined Wells Capital from Evergreen Investments, where he began his investment industry career in 2000. Justin earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Vermont and a master's degree in mathematical finance from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society and the CFA Institute.

THE FUND | The Index Fund seeks to replicate the total return of the S&P 500 Index, before fees and expenses.
FUND STRATEGY
- We invest in substantially all of the common stocks comprising the S&P 500 Index and attempt to achieve at least a 95% correlation between the performance of the S&P 500 Index and the Fund's investment results, before fees and expenses. This correlation is sought regardless of market conditions. If we are unable to achieve this correlation, then we will closely monitor the performance and composition of the S&P 500 Index and adjust the Fund's securities holdings as necessary to seek the correlation.
