Netscape
- Select Edit from the top toolbar of your browser.
- Choose Preferences from the drop-down list.
- Choose the category labeled Privacy & Security.
- Select the option to enable all cookies.
Internet Explorer 5.x
- Select Tools from the top toolbar of your browser.
- Choose Internet Options from the drop-down list.
- Select Security Tab.
- Select the Web Zone that you would like to modify.
- Select Custom Level.
- Scroll down to Cookies
- Select the Enable option for both "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" and "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)."
- Select Apply.
- Select OK.
Internet Explorer 6.0
- Select Tools from the top toolbar of your browser.
- Choose Internet Options from the drop-down list.
- Select Privacy Tab.
- Move the slider down to "Accept All Cookies".
- Select OK.
Why does my browser only load part of the screen and then stop loading?
If you are using Internet Explorer 5.0, you may need a patch from Microsoft.
Why do I get an "out of memory" error?
Follow these steps to resolve the problem. Check after each to see if the problem was fixed:
- Close other programs that you may be running at the same time.
- Clear the cache memory within your browser.
- Check your browser memory cache size. If it is set to 0 or a number less than 256, reset it to 1024.
- Reinstall your browser; use Netscape 7.0 or higher or Internet Explorer 5.0, 5.5, or 6.0.
Why do I get "could not perform this operation because default mail client not properly installed" when using the e-mail form?
All Internet Explorer versions allow you to choose your e-mail client. You must link your browser to your e-mail program. To do this:
- Go to Tools in the Internet Explorer menu bar
- Scroll down to Internet Options
- Click on the Programs tab and select your E-mail program.
