Manager Selection
When selecting new subadvisors, our investment review analysts endeavor to find exceptional independent investment teams that have expertise in specific asset classes and investment styles. The selection process usually begins years in advance, when our analysts meet and build relationships with potential management teams to gain a deep understanding of their investment processes.

This continuous interview process allows us to better evaluate the overall talent pool across the industry and enhances our ability to pursue the best portfolio managers for our clients.

Once an investment team has been selected as a subadvisor, our investment review analysts become thoroughly familiar with the portfolio and partner with the managers to ensure style purity and consistency of approach.
