Quicken is software that help in
balancing your checkbook and paying bills, managing your finances by
creating and tracking a budget, calculating gains and losses, and
planning financial goals. You may also download your account information
to track and optimize your investments.
Who is eligible to download account information into Quicken?
All Online Account Access customers are eligible to download account information into
What versions of Quicken are supported to download my account information?
To download your investment information, you must have Quicken
2004 through 2015 for the PC and Quicken 2006 through 2015 for the Mac platform.
What types of accounts and account information are eligible to download into Quicken?
Online Account Access customers can download account balances, investment holdings, and up to the last 18 months
of transaction history.
What should I do if I don't see Wells Fargo Advantage Funds® as an option in the Financial Institution list in Quicken?
In Quicken, click on the Finance menu and select One Step Update. These steps will automatically update the financial institution.
How can I view my new Class A accounts that were created after the Investor Class conversion?
Due to the conversion of all Investor Class shares to A shares in October 2015, new fund codes were created. Please do not change the fund code prefix on your former Investor Class account. If you do, Quicken will warn that changing the account number may prevent your online access from working.
If you already changed the number, please change the fund number back to the Investor Class number by following these steps:
- Select One-Step Update and then select All Accounts.
- You will see a One Step Update Settings screen. Under the Download Transactions and Balances section, check the box for Wells Fargo Advantage Funds. Under the Online Services section, check the boxes for Download quotes and investment information and Update portfolio on Investing.Quicken.com.
- If necessary, fill in your password.
- Click the Update Now button.
After following this process, you should now see any missing Class A accounts.

How current is the account information I download?
We update your account information once each business day prior to market open.
Why doesn't the transaction information on my statement match the data downloaded into Quicken?
Quicken information is provided by a third party, therefore we do not have control of how data is displayed. If there are discrepancies between your statements and the data in Quicken, you can manually correct it. If you need to access your statements, please log in to Online Account Access.
What type of security is implemented to protect my account information?
We have implemented several measures to provide security for your account information. When you download account information into Quicken, it
is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. You are also required to enter a password to download your account information into Quicken.
Why don't the balances, positions, and transactions shown on my statement match the data downloaded into Quicken?
Because Quicken is provided by a third party, we do not have control of how data is
displayed. Your account statement from us is the only official record of account transactions, positions, and
balances. The information you download into Quicken is for tracking purposes only.
If you have any discrepancies between your statement data and the data you have downloaded to Quicken, you can manually correct or add them in Quicken from your account statement. We provide an archive of your statements online. To access these archived statements, please log in to the Online Account
Access area of the our website and go to the Statements area.
What if I forget or lose my password?
The password required by Quicken is the same as your Online Account Access password. If you have
forgotten or lost your password, you can reset your password online via the password reset area on our website. If you have any questions, please call us at 1-800-359-3379.
Can I change my password or email addresses from Quicken?
No. You cannot change your password or email address from Quicken. To change any of those
items, please log in to the Online Account Access area of our website.
Can I place trades on my account through Quicken?
No. You may not place trades on your account through Quicken. To place a trade, please log in to the Onilne Account Access area of our website.
How do I enroll to download my account information to Quicken?
You do not need to register to download your account information to Quicken. However, you must be a registered
Online Account Access customer. You may use your existing login ID and password from Online Account Access to download your account information into Quicken.
