What should I do if I don't remember my password?

Go to the Reset Password page. If you do not have a password reset question and answer, call 1-800-359-3379.

Can I view my statements online?

How do I remove $0 balance accounts from my view?

  • Click on the Account Services tab
  • Click on Linked Accounts & Nicknames
  • Check the account(s) you want to remove from your view
  • Click the Save button

How do I add a custodial, trust, or other Wells Fargo Advantage Funds® accounts to my view?

  • Click on the Account Services tab
  • Click on Linked Accounts & Nicknames
  • Check the account you want to add to your view and click Save. If you don't see the account you want to add, click on the Add an Account button.

Can I choose another page as my starting page when I log in?

  • Click on the Account Services tab
  • Click on Start Page
  • Choose your new starting page from the drop down menu.
  • Click the Save button

Can I add additional data points such as percent change or net change to My Portfolio view?

  • Click on the Customize View button
    (found at the bottom of the your My Portfolio page)
  • Highlight the data points you want to include from Available Column Headings on the left and click Add
  • Highlight the data points you want to include from Current Column Headings on the right and click Remove
  • Click the Save Changes button

Why do I get the error message "The SSN or Account Number you provided does not match our records…" when I try to access my information with account access?

  • Most often, this is a result of misentered case sensitive passwords.
    (Make sure your Caps Lock key is off.)

I did a transaction yesterday before 3 p.m., Central Time. I checked my accounts online at 10 p.m. last night and see my balances and prices updated, but I don't see my transaction. Where is it?

  • Balances and prices are updated by 5 p.m. Central Time each business day.
  • Transactions are updated by 6 a.m. Central Time the following business day.

Why is my password automatically showing up when I go to the login page?

This is the AutoComplete feature of Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0. To disable it:
  • Click on Tools on the main menu.
  • Select Internet Options from the list.
  • Click on the Content tab.
  • Click on the AutoComplete button.
  • Uncheck Forms and Usernames and Passwords on Forms.
  • Click the Clear Forms and Clear Passwords buttons.
